The later part of 2007 was fantastic and we saw many results of the Trinity strategy. We saw Helene Wasserman get on the front page of Bloomberg News paper, because of her podcasting. She has also seen a substantial movement in her ROI, as she has started to win clients from her podcasting. She has been on various TV programs, quoted as a “high profile employment law attorney”, and much more. Her website is up and going with downloads that people love, and she has an active blog.
I also attended two podcasting and blogging conferences. I had the opportunity to validate the approach known as the “Trinity”. I met with and befriended Steven Van Yoder, author of “Get Slightly Famous” and exchanged ideas. He does, in standard print and media worlds what I do on the web; that is move clients out of the noise. He has made a career in learning about people and what makes them special, and their businesses. He saw a common thread of how successful businesses became just that; successful. Thus his new book, “Getting Slightly Famous”, makes an in-depth study into these various businesses, and one thing continually pops out: getting known leads to success. The “Trinity” strategy performs this expertly, but mostly on the web. It is true, because you are podcasting, the news organizations become very interested in what you are doing, and as such, you find yourself in the print media.
I have also been working on a new project: Rise above the Noise, the book! I have a really good start on the book and a video project that will accompany the book. I am planning to have this for sale before summer so watch for announcements on its development.
My marketing 101 podcast is still rocking off the charts. I have over 20,000 subscribers now, and it continues to be very popular on iTunes. I will be focusing more attention to other podcast topics as the year progresses. Until then, enjoy this site!

Podcasting for lawyers has really grown over the last several years. We pioneered long-distance podcasting, in 2009, very successfully. I have my clients, or rather my long-distance clients, send me their audio podcast files and I clean them up, add music and up they go. This work incredibly well, so I was concerned whether or not I can service clients not in my immediate area and now I have found it very easy utilizing the Internet. Also
this year, I'm offering a new service on a monthly basis to help choose keywords each month that might be popular and help drive traffic to their websites. I'm also installing better analytics so we can track where people come from, how long they stay on each page, and where they go to. This will help us to understand the types of people that were attracting to our podcasting, our blogging and our website. Lastly, I'm suggesting my clients utilize a new service called traffic bug. This allows us to promote their website, podcast, and blogs.
